Job Title Office Administrator / Service Coordinator

Waste Management Solutions is expanding our workforce to enable us to deliver a first-class customer service, so that we remain a market leader. The primary responsibility for the person in this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a busy office. You will be required to handle all customer queries, carry out the following tasks and any additional ones as seen fit by your Manager:

Duties will include:

Complete daily, weekly & monthly invoicing and upload data for waste activity reports

Email above invoices and reports to our clients in a timely manner

Handle all calls/ incoming emails and direct to the relevant team member in an efficient manner

Complete quotations for potential clients

Update equipment rental book to ensure payments are being received on-time from clients

Responsibility will also include chasing debtors on a weekly basis, updating our internal system with relevant information

Conduct telesales for consumables products and update in-house CRM system

Process all orders for Goods & Services as they arrive, liaising with suppliers to ensure that we meet customer delivery requirements.

Ensure client and supplier information on accounts system is up-to-date

Sort all post, including invoices and statements from suppliers to relevant trays

Support sales team where possible (Eg. Printing of brochures)

Any other jobs as deem necessary to support your role

Essential Requirements:

Highly organised

Passion and motivation to learn & develop

Good IT skills (primarily excel)

Excellent customer service skills and professional telephone manner

Attention to detail

Team player, but able to work on own initiative when required

Experience of working in an office environment

Good written communication skills
