Job Title Front Desk Receptionist - With Immediate Start

Responsibilities include:

  • Operating the switchboard ensuring all calls both external and internal are answered efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe & clean reception area
  • Monitor the facilities e-mail & issue jobs promptly. Escalate to the appropriate person in the facilities department if there is something you are unsure of
  • Receiving and distributing mail.
  • Consistently demonstrating way to improve processes for Facilities and front of house
  • Perform other general administration duties for the team as may be required of you given the broad nature of the role & the time available
  • Meeting & greeting clients/customers in a warm, friendly manner.


  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills experience
  • Good organisational & administration skills and ability to prioritise workload efficiently
  • Microsoft Office products including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and keep multiple customer issues in progress at once
  • Problem solving skills
  • A flexible attitude and a proven record as a strong team player
  • Utmost discretion and confidentiality in all matters relating to work is essential
